Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
How can I set the province/district section in Turkey? Some sites in Turkey have solved this. Do I need to buy an application or if I am using a basic package, do I need to upgrade to a higher package?
Hi, @yoksas. Are you able to clarify what you mean by the cargo area? I just want to make sure I'm fully understanding so I give you accurate advice. If you are referring the area at checkout where customers select their region, this should already accurately display Provinces and districts in Turkiye if you've set up your store to sell to customers in Turkiye.

Looking into this, editing the Shopify checkout is limited unless you are using Shopify Plus. With that being said, I can certainly see the benefit of allowing you to add a specific field like a district section in the checkout to allow your customers to fill out. I am going to mention this as a suggestion to our developers and provide this form post as feedback

In Turkey, cargo companies do not send cargo as automation without the provincial district in the address. This goes up to the use of Shopify in Turkey, especially in companies like ours that make ERP API integration to terminate the Shopify project. There is a digital dispatch document logic called E-dispatch note in Turkey and there are mandatory fields here. Even these are not even in your system has never been studied! In addition, the invoice is mandatory for corporate customers in Turkey Tax Office Name and Tax number or Republic of Turkey Identification Number is not available in areas such as. A lot of questions have been asked about this, you say that you have transferred all of them to your developers, but it is very difficult to do business in these conditions in Turkey. We use Shopify's Shopify package. Since the above information is not available, we are looking for different solutions. We use the postal code like a tax number. I think you entered without doing any research in Turkey. In these conditions, it seems that we will now go in search of other searches while we are thinking of passing the infrastructure of 7-8 domains in our group companies here. My advice to the Shopify team is to develop these mandatory domain developments with a Turkish consultant even in the Basic Shopify plan, considering the projects that will come from a country like Turkey where 85 million people live.
Our current problem is that we cannot enter data that the region information is not opened as a field to be entered in the Invoice and Cargo address because the country is Turkey. I see this information empty in the API, I want to use them as tax office and tax no fields, then I want to share them in the API and address them to the relevant fields in ERP. But we don't understand how to do this, can you support us in this regard?

I can't see the related fields on the page, I think we want to make the page visible in the address pages of these two fields and enter data into it because we manage Turkey selectively.
