Has anyone ran into this issue; customer contacted me because they didn't see their gate access code carry over to the shipping details, (they paid via Amazon Pay).
Are we able to edit that into Fedex, this is who we use for shipments.

I understand you're having some issues with your customer's delivery information sending to FedEx. Where did the customer input their gate code in the shipping details? Additionally, have you printed the label yet? What integration do you have with FedEx?

We use ship station, they paid through their amazon pay. The customer stated that they input the shipping details but they didn't see it populate on the confirmation email.
Thanks for the additional information! If you're using ShipStation I recommend reaching out directly to them to check if the gate code is visible in the label information. If not, you will need to reach out to FedEx.
