Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Greetings!
I would like to know if there is a way to add a second tracking number in Shopify, after I have fulfilled an order?
I am using Pirate Ship to purchase my shipping labels, and I am manually splitting single orders to ship two products separately. After purchasing both labels (for a single order), the order in Shopify shows up as Fulfilled. I would like to provide the customer tracking information for both products. Is this possible? Is there a workaround in Shopify, or would I have to email the customer the tracking information manually for each package that I bought labels for?
