Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I keep getting "there was an issue processing your payment. try again or use a different payment method
I think its because I haven't update a certificate or something, if you can please help me out on this.

The first thing I'd recommend doing is checking your abandoned checkouts, to see if the order attempt appears there. If it does, oftentimes an error message can be seen within the order, which should explain and clarify the issue further. You can follow the instructions below on how to check this on your end:
