Adding Automatic Standard Free Shipping over certain amount.

Hi Community,
I'm trying to add Standard Free Shipping over a certain amount (in this case on purchases $149+), and it seems that my current option are only by adding a code that does not apply automatically. Also, even when the code is applied, how can I make sure that that it will be restricted to only Continental & Standard Shipping?
Please advice.
