Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am trying to add carrier calculated shipping for $20 a month. I was told to contact customer support to add, but am unable to chat, or use the support@shopify email to speak to anyone. Every time I try to contact support I am rerouted to help center tutorials or the community. Is the only way to get help from shopify now to publicly display my issue? This problem has been going on a week. Questions: How do I add carrier calculated shipping for an additional $20. Not interested in the $300 plan or an annual subscription at this point. Is there a certain number of times you can chat? I spoke to 2 agents previously who told me about this option but am now no linger able to chat. What’s going on? Thank you and good luck
