Adding PayPal 'Debit or Credit Card' Button

I've gone through all the forum threads related to this topic but haven't found a suitable solution.

I'm using PayPal Express Checkout in my online store, and I'd like to add a "Debit or credit card" button to both the product and checkout pages (similar to what is shown in the attached image).

How can I add this button to my store?
