'Additional Notes' not being captured on customer orders.

'Additional Notes' not being captured on customer orders.

I have set up an additional radio button field on the cart page that requires a yes/no on checkout, as below -

The additional field pulls through correctly for orders on our 'Test Page' -

But it does not appear on our live site with any orders at all -

The 'Additional Details' field is completely absent. I am using the same cart-template.liquid script for both pages. 

 

Only thing I can think of is that it could be payment gateways or analytic script overlooking the field? But I cant see why it would completely vanish from the form, even if blank or not required?

 

Need to find out how to pull through 'Additional Notes' on each order, as this is required information for fulfilment. Any advice or knowledge on this would be great!

Worth noting, I have looked up the .json of one of the orders and the notes are shown as blank

It is recognising that there is an attr. there, and it is not showing as 'NULL'. Just not pulling through any of the data correctly.

 

The test order has the correct value and text populated.
