Adjust the shipping method

Hi All, I am planning to open an online store, and when I was setting up the shipping fees, I designed a standard shipping fee of HKD 30 and If the total amount exceeds a certain threshold, it will change to free shipping.

However, when I tried to act as a buyer on the front end to purchase products, I found that the shipping method could still be selected, rather than automatically adjusted based on the amount I am purchasing.

How should I modify this?

I have already review the Zapiet rates conditional pricing, I think that the condition rules is correct, I suppose there would only be one of standard shipping or free shipping, but that's not the case.
