Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello friends,
I just started my online store on Shopify and D2C fulfillment. Now I am on the pilot launch and shipping with UPS and Canada Post.
I am able to create shipping label for both of these couriers through Shopify shipping. However, I cannot create return label there and have to go to respective websites.
Regarding Canada Post, I have created business profile and account for e-commerce shipping and have no options for creating return label while UPS offers dedicated service such as Return Label for e-commerce. Canada Post do have "Manage Returns" section and only asks me to set return policy. So I had to create shipping label through Snap Ship and this summed up in Outbound not in Returns.
Can anyone help me how should I streamline the process more effectively?
Although I know 3PL like ship bob is more convenient for both the sellers and customers, I want to experience with self fulfillment and also consider the cost effectiveness without monthly storage cost since I am the very new seller with no sales. After some time, I will be changing to fulfillment with 3PLs.
Best Regards,
