Afterpay option disappeared for returning customers

As of a few days ago, the Afterpay option has disappeared for returning customers. It shows as an option when checking out as a guest but when my customers log in, the option isn’t showing as available. I’ve reached out to support and haven’t gotten any answers. Is anyone else experienced this and been able to fix it?
