Agent Travis from Shopify Payments Blocked My Shopify Payments.

I am selling products from Dsers and they asked me for copyrights for selling.
Of course, I contacted the sales team at DSERS, but no one had these documents.
And it is very strange that Shopify allows these products to be sold and asks me if do I have these rights.

Anyway, I decided to remove these products from my store because I needed to release the blocked money, 3 days before the requested date of November 1 and I contacted them to release the money.

After I remove all the products myself on October 28, Agent Travis blocks shopify payments on the same day that I contacted him, saying that I had not deleted the products while I had removed them.
