We have had several orders from Algeria for Basketballs we sell which have been flagged as High risk Fraudulent activity as the order has used multiple payment attempts with different cards. Is anyone else getting orders from Algeria like this or is it just us? We get no orders from any other country.
We have had that same exact thing happen as well. Did you end up shipping the products? Did you receive chargebacks?
Hiya, We had our first order on June 14 and contacted customer who assured us was all okay, then waited 2 weeks until we sent order with no cancellation of chargeback since. Received 2nd order from same customer, sent email advising we would not be fulfilling order, got no response so cancelled order and refunded credit card. Received new order from new customer and sent email, no response so cancelled and refunded credit card. We have now applied rule that no order will be fulfilled if fraud warning flagged and we cannot verify source. Hope this helps. Tim
