Hello, 

I got an order and the customer paid me using PayPal and I don't see their phone number, but when I want to buy an order from AliExpress to send to the customer, they ask for the phone number in the address section

To gather a bit more information, have you connected withAliExpress to determine whether a phone number is required in order to process the order? If not, I'd encourage you to do so as their support team will be able to share more information with you. If a phone number is required, then you can email the customer directly to gather those details!

First option is to make the phone number mandatory at checkout.

 

If this is not feasible, an alternative option is to call the customer and request the phone number.

 

If this is also not feasible, then you may insert your phone number and coordinate in case of delivery exceptions.
