We're having problems allocating orders to different stock locations.
- Currently : When a customer buy two items, and 1 piece is available in stock n°1 (workshop) and the other is available in stock 2 (logistician), then the order is divided in two and sends to our external software (logistician) only the second article of the order. The first one is attribute to stock 1. -> This creates problems for us, such as the multiplication of management costs and the client do not understand why she received only one article of her unique order.
- What we would like : That Shopify assign all orders in EXPEDITION by default to stock 2 (logistician). This way, even if an item in the order is not available, the logistics specialist will receive the entire order and only pause it while waiting for stock. -> We need that to be automatic (a new shipping rules for exemple). For the moment we do it in a manual way, by changing the location but our logistician is too fast, and we miss some orders presenting this problem.
