Thanks for getting in touch! Apologies for any confusion here with the alternative payment methods, however you are on the right track in the admin. Just to confirm, are you trying to enable third party payment providers for your store?
Directly on that page you are already on in the admin, if you click on 'add payment methods' under the box which says 'Supported payment methods', from there you can follow the steps below;
Search and select by payment methods or by provider.
Choose a provider from the search results, and then click Activate.
Enter your account credentials for the provider you chose.
Click Activate to enable the provider.
After you've activated an alternative payment method, your customers will be able to use it at checkout. You can also check out the steps for adding these at this link here!
I'd also be interested to hear more about your business, what you are selling, and what your sales goals are for this year. Also, how do you plan to achieve your sales goals? If there are any resources I can share with you to help, I would be more than happy to assist!
I have the same issue. I am not able to see the alternative payment method. and after adding in supported payment method, the added payment method is not visible while checking out. please give the proper solution.

May I ask which payment method you have tried adding? If you'd like to also share your store's URL, so I can try checking out and checking if the payment provider appears for me?
How many users are affected? Are customer reporting this, or are you just testing this yourself? Any additional information or screenshots you can provide would be a great help!

Can you kindly provide the name of the payment provider and the country your store is located in? When you say you don't have this option at all, does it not appear under alternative payment methods for you? Any additional information on the steps you have taken so far would be a great help!
