Amazon fulfilment - gift note attached to order

Hello everyone

 

We'd like our orders to be fulfilled by Amazon but concerned that our customers gift notes might not be printed by Amazon.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

 

In short, we'd like our customers to still be able to write a gift note with their order even though the order will be fulfilled by Amazon.

You can add notes to the packing slip in Amazon (if you make an MCF / fulfillment order in your seller central account, you'll see the place to edit packing slip).

 

If you use Order Automator to fulfill your Shopify orders via Amazon, you can add the order notes to the packing slip automatically in Amazon, here's the setting:

We are using WebBee to sync our orders, so Amazon can fulfil our Shopify orders.

We're not using Order Automator at the moment. Are there any other solutions do you know?

I have downloaded Order Automator and set up with Amazon but can't figure out how to do a simple tag to make sure sure customers notes are added to orders.

Really appreciate your help with this 🙂

@BBS3 cool yes I'm sure there's a way to do what you're wanting. I don't know exactly what you're referring to, but if you send an email to support@orderautomator.com with what you'd like the app to do + a screenshot to explain where in Shopify or Amazon or the order details page, etc you want the action to happen, our support team will show you how if it's something within the app, or advise a solution if it's something with your website theme. I would include the link to this post in the email, for quick reference.
