Amazon-Style fullfilment partner in Europe

Hi. I'm starting my 3rd e-com venture, 1st time on Shopify, in Berlin, Germany. We are planning to sell around 20k SKU's, but only stock in small quantities per SKU. I can't find anyone in Europe that offers a Shopify integration with chaotic storage (multiple units per store location, and stochastic/variable placement based on where there's free storage space). Does anyone know a partner that could solve such a task? Predominantly looking for a partner near Berlin, otherwise in Germany, Poland or Netherlands.
