"review labels" is missing in the new shopify update

When you click "review labels" it used to show you a detailed page of all the orders, items, and shipping preferences, But now when you click "review labels" and it just asks you to buy them, but you cant review anymore.

Very frustrating.  

Anyone else having issues with fulfilling now?
