Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I made a post the other day explaining how Shopify Payments removed almost $20k USD from my balance without any explanation or notice. No help from support as of yet. No help from anyone on the forums as of yet.
Another one of my stores had $28k being held for about a week. I never got an email from Shopify about why my payments were being held. So today I contacted support to ask them what the hold up was. This has happened in the past so I know holds are part of the game.
But about an hour after my chat with support, my 28k in payments disappears from my payouts.
Since I don't seem to be getting anywhere with Shopify support, my last option is to seek legal counsel and file a suit against Shopify for stealing almost $50k USD from me. This is very concerning and can't be legal.
