Is API integration or ShipStation better for showing third party shipping rates?

Hey,

I'm trying to get my rates from my third party shipper to show during checkout to my customers. I have the API token from my third party shipper (Chit chats) but is there an easier way to do this without hiring a dev?

Would ShipStation/Shippo/Easy ship do this for me?
