Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I tried several times to activate Apple or google Pay for my store in the Shopify Payments settings but after saving the checkbox is deactivated again.
Could anyone advise how to solve this issue?

Assuming that you're using Shopify Payments (Google Pay is only available on Shopify Payments), this does sound like a strange occurrence since it should remain active once you have enabled both Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you're on the Basic plan or higher, and you've tried to enable Apple Pay and Google Pay after going through the troubleshooting steps and it is still deactivating by itself, then you'll want to reach out to our Support to have this reviewed.
