Apple Pay Failing at Checkout – Shopify Support Unresponsive

Hi Shopify Community,

I’m facing an issue where Apple Pay is failing during checkout on my Shopify store (Luaar.ae), and despite multiple escalations, Shopify Support has not provided a resolution.

Issue Details:

• I am using Stripe’s native checkout on Shopify.
• Apple Pay transactions are failing at checkout.
• Stripe has confirmed that Apple Pay checkout is fully managed by Shopify and that if Stripe’s involvement is needed, Shopify must reach out to them directly.
• Shopify Support keeps insisting they “cannot replicate the issue” despite clear evidence.
• Instead of investigating, Shopify keeps asking me to provide abandoned checkout links and screenshots rather than testing the issue properly on their end.

What I Need:

• Has anyone else faced similar issues with Apple Pay on Shopify?
• How can I escalate this further when Shopify Support refuses to take ownership?
• Any technical insights on potential fixes that Shopify should be looking into?

You can check the issue yourself at Luaar.ae by trying to complete checkout using Apple Pay. Don't use an alternative payment that is for local pay.

I appreciate any guidance or feedback from the community. At this point, I feel like I’m just being bounced between Shopify and Stripe with no real resolution.

Just had a quick look apple pay seems to be loading just fine for me, 

only issue i got was about item not longer in stock or not shipping to my locaiton, but other than that loading as expected in Safari 🙂
