Apple pay

 I’ve been trying to get Apple Pay to work on the store.  I've been working with live chat to assist me with the issue and nobody has the right solution. They said they forwarded my issue to technical support but nobody reach out to me or fix the problem. Does anybody have a solution on how to fix Apple Pay?

Thank you for your post, I'm happy to share some more context. 

 

If your issue was escalated to our technical team, it may take a few business days to hear back while they investigate. You can always reply to your original ticket to check for an update. 

 

You may have been given troubleshooting steps already, but in case you haven't, you can make sure these settings requirements are met:

 

  • Is Apple Pay enabled in Settings > Payment Providers? If not, it's not going to be visible.
  • Customer accounts must be set to "disabled" or "optional". If customer accounts are "required", the button will not show.
  • If the Company Name field is required to be filled in, the button will not show.
  • Do you have any subscription apps on your store? Some apps will not allow accelerated checkouts to be used for subscriptions.
