ApplePay and sorted of payment options at checkout

Hi, 

How does Shopify decide which wallet payment options are displayed to customers? When testing, ApplePay often does not show despite these customers having ApplePay set up on their phone. 

Is it being deprioritised against the other two wallets I have live (ShopPay and GooglePay)? How can I change the order of payment options?
