How can I submit a test order using ApplePay on my store?

My store is in test mode using Shopify Payments. ApplePay is enabled through Shopify Payments on my store and showing up on the site correctly. How do I place/submit a test order using ApplePay?

June here from Shopify. 

This is absolutely a fair question, since Apple Pay will of course be connected to a legitimate credit card number, as opposed to our Bogus Gateway or these false credit card details used to simulate orders via Shopify Payments. However, as long as your Shopify Payments gateway remains in test mode, the order will be treated as a test order, and we should see this banner across the top of your order page:

It's worth noting too though that you are able to place a test order with a real transaction - you'll just want to cancel/refund that payment as soon as possible.
