Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi guys,
I do in-person pop-ups and have my customers go to my website and add product to cart for pick-up, which should be fast and easy and cashless. When they go to the check-out page there's the option to click the Apple Pay button and this lets them skip the need to fill-out any credentials in the check-out page.
What I'm noticing is just about every single person fails the initial Apple Pay processing and they have to either update some billing info for their Apple Pay or they just have to re-tap the Apple Pay button a second time.
I highly doubt every person I meet has their Apply Pay setup incorrectly, so I think something is wrong with Shopify. Is there any reason why Apply Pay will fail the first time? This is frustrating and creates a bad impression that my website is wonky.
Thank you!
