Approval of sample before shipping full product

Hi,

We supply custom manufactured cosmetics, as part of our service we supply a sample for approval prior to shipping the full product (order is made up of a full product order + free approval sample).

We are looking for a good workflow or app, which would enable a customer to respond to an approve their sample, and which automatically change the status of the order so we fullfill the full product supply. 

Is there any app or workflow that we can use for this?
