Are pet supplements violating terms of service?

Hello,

Selling supplements are against ShopifyPayments Terms of Service. But as far as I know this applies to nutraceuticals and products that make health claims. Does this still apply to products that are not for human consumption, but for pets (fish oil, dog probiotics…etc?).
