Yes, my store is UK-based and accepts Klarna and Clearpay. I think Paypal even allows some buy-now-pay-later arrangements too.

Klarna is still available for UK, but currently the payment method must be installed prior to being activated, per: https://docs.klarna.com/platform-solutions/shopify/payments/installing-klarna-payments-as-an-alterna...

(Shopify generally doesn't allow payments apps to be public in the app store.)

A full list of the payment gateways available to our merchants based in the UK can be viewed here. This includes the options of SplitIt and Divido, both of which offer split payment options.

You mentioned Klarna in your question - although Klarna is not listed as a UK gateway, if you reach out to Klarna directly they may be able to guide you through their new process for UK merchants. I cannot say for certain, but there may be a work around for still being able to use Klarna on your store currently. Klarna support can be reached here.
