Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello everyone,
ASAP! I have a problem with fulfillment. The system does not allow me to fulfill the order, with the same logistics app and the same day, one order was fulfilled and the other was not.. Second, strange thing, in order timeline I see, that the logistic company sent the customer a message with all the tracking info and fulfilled the goods from the warehouse. Any ideas what the reasons may be??
Maybe someone will have such a case and could help? I would really appreciate it!:)
