Our online store is using Authorize.net as a third payment. When we use checkout, we get the error message: "There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method." We have worked with Authorize support to go through every testing as we can. We tested with the Authorize.net terminal for payments successfully. This is solely a Shopify issue.  The John Smith test is a test card from Shopify, and it's automatic any time the API credentials and keys are copied back into the Shopify checkout. It makes sense why we see so many of those because each time you've redone the API keys, it automatically does that.
