Auto translating Customer's Japanese Address and Name to English?

Hi,

I have a store that is set up primarily for customers located in Japan.

Is there any way to auto-translate customers name and address to English and push it into FedEx Web Service for the creation of airway bill.

It has to exist some sort of an app or a carrier that can translate this before the label is printed.

would really love a solution to this. shopify, help! doesn't even need to auto translate, if there could at least be some functionality that prevents the customer from using Japanese characters, and requires/notifies them to write in english only.
