Automatic free shipping not working for my new store

My new store is going to launch next week, and I am doing test orders. In my shipping settings, I have it set up for free shipping over $49. When I did two separate test transactions, both over $49, shipping costs were still applied to the purchase. Any suggestions?

Congrats on launching your store! 

I've just had the chance to take a look at your checkout and it appears that free shipping is now successfully enabled on orders over $49, but I wanted to check in and confirm that your shipping rates and/or discounts are behaving just as you'd like them to.
