Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, it appears that Shopify has recently implemented a change in which we are now required to manually select 'Send notification to customer' each time we mark an order as fulfilled using the Shopify mobile app. While I understand that some may prefer not to email customers with tracking information, it is more common for most webshops to provide this information to customers. The concern is that we may not always remember to check this option in the mobile app, resulting in customers not receiving the confirmation email and subsequently contacting us for updates. Could you please clarify the reasons behind this change?
