Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I wanted to ask why in my order timeline, the email sent to the customer to indicate that the order has been sent does not appear, as it did in the case of the purchase confirmation (see photo).
I have set up the automatic notification in case the order status is changed to Fulfilled, but it does not appear in the timeline.
Does this mean that the email has not been sent? Or that there is a problem with my setting? Or that it has been sent but it doesn't appear in the timeline?
