Automatically purchase shipping labels with "signature required"

Hello, I am looking to see how I can automatically have shipping labels purchased with "signature required" at time of checkout. Orders are fulfulled automatically from shopify, and the customer can select which shipping service they want (economy, express, overnight etc.) however, I need all shipping labels to automatically have signature required as we sell jewelry.

I need the same because I setup stores that sell expensive items. Is there an app for it? I am looking to ship items with UPS and they have to request a signature to get the items.

Regrettably, Shopify does not have built-in support for a "Signature Required" setting.

However, if you possess your UPS account, the Multi Carrier Shipping Label app can assist you in generating UPS shipments with the option for an adult signature.

Hey there. As Mirdas said, you'll need another shipping app to accomplish this. If you're looking to do this with more than just UPS (with multiple carriers, for example), I'd recommend a dedicated shipping platform (Starshipit offers this!). Anyway, best of luck!

I am looking for this too.  Not even automatically select 'signature required' but at least an option to have it selected if need be.  I don't quite understand how this isn't available at this stage in the Shopify platform.
