Balance paid for order notification - Shopify Flow

Hi,

can anyone help to setup a Shopify Flow where our staff is informed of a balance paid for an order? These orders are first created as drafts -> updated to regular orders -> payment requests sent. It should check when the payment is received and then notify staff. This is not available in Shopify notifications.
