Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I have activated Bankful as a main payment option, and event if it's not located under Alternative payment methods, when I try to pay using this option shopify will redirect me to the Bankful processing page (bankful dot com).
Is there a way to configure Bankful to accept the credit card in the shopify checkout page without the redirect?
Thank you.

Hi there @Adrian77!
Don here from Shopify. 🙂
Whether or not your customers are taken away from your Shopify checkout will depend on the nature of the credit card gateway you are using.
Some third-party gateways will be direct, or onsite, meaning your customers will remain on your Shopify checkout flow and not have to navigate away.
A great deal of these third-party gateways are, however, indirect, external or offsite; meaning your customers will be redirected to complete their purchase via that gateway's own site externally to Shopify.
You can view this info here on our help site also, but in essence, if the gateway you are using has created an indirect, offsite integration for use with Shopify then this is how that gateway will function and is not something we have any control over from here in Shopify.
I had a look for any contact info for this gateway online but was only able to find the following email address: sales@bankful.com
They should be able to confirm the nature of their integration here and field any other questions you might have about their gateway.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help out with.
Regards,
Don

Ok, thank you, I'll send them an email now.
Hi again, @Adrian77!
Don from Shopify once again. 🙂
That's great, they should be able to confirm the nature of their integration here, and you can let them know you would prefer to have this be onsite or direct and see what their position is.
For now, if you can let us know in which country your store is based we can provide a full list of all payment providers available there.
Regards,
Don

Thank, I have the list of providers in my country, that's where I got Bankful from.
I'll be waiting for the answer and I'll get back to you.

Hi again!
Okay, great. 🙂
Bear in mind, as outlined above, we would not be able to affect the nature of the integration any third-party gateway has chosen to use here as this decision is entirely on their side.
That said, do let us know if there's anything else we can help out with at any point.
All the best!
Regards,
Don

Brother, I am in Iraq, and the Shopify store does not have any payment gateway that serves Iraq.
Hi Adrian,
Hope you solved the issue. I am new here, can I ask you how you have activated Bankful as a main payment option? I have the problem with it as it's not located under Alternative payment methods.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
@Ilona_Poghosyan Bankful is located in 'Third-party payment providers' and then eMerchantBroker (EMB)
@Adrian77Please share if you found a way to have your customers not leave your website to make a payment. I am about to use Bankful and have the same concerns.
@Don Are any other alternatives for a Vape/CBD website apart from Bankful? What do other Shopify websites with 'high risk' businesses use please?
I am trying to launch my business and now have this problem. Looking through the community boards, this has been as issue for years and Shopify should have a list of payment providers for high risk businesses at this stage. Help please.

Hi again @Kuna!
Don from Shopify once more.
Thanks for confirming that!
There are a few options for gateways that would support businesses like this that are available for use in the UK.
As with any third-party gateway provider, you would just need to reach out to them to check that their terms and processes are and if they would be willing to provide their service for your specific business.
All the best!
Regards,
Don
