Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, I no longer have access to my old routing and account number I haven’t touched this account since 2 years however I am trying to update it with my new information. How can I go about this? Can we just remove the payment method.

Can you confirm that you are referring to the bank account listed in association with your Shopify Payments? In order to update your previous banking information for Shopify Payments, you will need to re-enter the information as an authentication step. If you don't remember the bank information, you will need to get in touch with our support team who will be able to escalate your request and have this updated for you.
