Banking information for payment account set up

I just opened the store a few days ago. However, I can't link my bank accounts well. Even though I entered the correct information, I get an error like the one in the image below. I don't know why, but what could be the cause?

I opened at Japan but sell items for all over the world customer.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been receiving this error message when trying to link your bank account to Shopify Payments. Are you able to try connecting your bank account from another device to see if the error message persists?
