Being able to amend the cart at the checkout (information page) stage

Hi there,

I hope everyone is well.

I was hoping someone could assist with the code to enable a shopper to still be able to amend the cart at the stage contained in this link?

I am really hoping to be able to do the following:

1) Continue shopping button

2) Remove item

3) Increase/decrease units

4) Click on the little images (icons) of the products and product names to open the respective product page in a new window
