So a about a week ago we ordered an ASRock Steel Legend X570 motherboard on better-of.myshopify for 99 dollars approx. After we placed the order, I went back the website several times and it was still up and running, and it stated that the product shipping information was to be revealed to the customer between 1-3 days. Delivery would take anywhere between 17-24 business days. It has been over 3 days and we have no email for shipping information, we emailed the seller and got no reply, and today I visited the website and it was unavailable. better-of.myshopify.com/ You will see it is unavailable/
I had a similar experience purchasing a bicycle from this seller. No communication at all. Certainly feels like I was scammed.
I'm have the same issue and they sent Paypal some fake tracking number that said it was delievered but USPS is stating it was just a enevolpe and not a bike. We have all been scam.
Same, I ordered a bicycle from them a month ago and received nothing from them after the confirmation email. I emailed them several times to request an update, and I never heard anything back. Their links from the email do not work anymore. I just disputed the charge with my credit card. Very unhappy.
I was also scammed by Better-Of on a Bike that I ordered on 6/24/20.
I've sent 6 emails to petercameron3353@gmail.com with no response.
I filed a complaint with Paypal, and they sent them a USPS tracking number, which indicates it was delivered on 7/3/20.
Paypal closed my inquiry, and I lost my money!
My mail carrier said there was no such package on her route that day!

Did you instruct the merchant to cancel the transaction due to non-receipt: No. I have a receipt. I instructed them to cancel because there was never a response.
Same here. Will not give up on my refund.
