Billing Break-out not matching my bank charges

HI,

 

I am looking to reconcile my billing statement with my bank account. I can see the shopify billing break-out but it does not match the charges I am seeing in my bank statements. I need to understand why the charges in the billing statement does not match the bank charges.

I definitely understand the need to ensure your transactions are accurate especially when it comes to your finances. 

 

With regards to this query, I redirect you to our Live Support Team. Once you reach out to them and your credentials have been authenticated, they can look at the back end of your account and invoices and figure out where the errors are coming from or further explain as to why those charges are they way that they are.
