Billing Cancelation

I am not sure if that is the correct site however, I recently charged 5 USD for an account I made on Shopify unfortunately I am not able to contact my own shop. I have one working one for which i pay around 32 USD. 

I can't find the one in which it takes 5 USD of my bank account. It has been 5 months and I don't want to lose my money this way. Please help. I know that for some 5 bucks is not a lot but losing it this stupid way is just BAD.
