I signed up for Buy buttons only without online Shopify store and yet you have charged me for $9 a month for the buy buttons which I agree to but not this 200 dollars for the online store which I never asked for and now you have added the refund to credits.  I donn't want the credits I want refund back to my bank account immediately.

I have the same issue.  Shopify has billed me $50 for what I do not know.  My subscription is $29.00.   I cannot find a contact number or email to contact Shopify.  Anyone who can help, please let me know.

Sorry to hear you're wondering about your Shopify invoice here and that you haven't been able to find help.

You can always reach out to our support team via our support site, where you'll be able to find help at any time.

Not to worry,  as I can definitely help you to understand what's happening a bit better from here.

The first thing I would recommend you do is to take a look at this invoice in the settings > billing menu in your admin so you can see which charges are there.

Once you have found the invoice in that menu, you can click in to view the specific breakdown of charges for it so you know what you are being billed for.

We have more info here on how to understand your invoice you can check out and some specific info on the types of charges you may see there.

You mentioned you were expecting the charge of $29 USD for your Shopify plan, so I'd take a look at your invoice to see if you can locate what else you are being charged for there.

Let us know if you think you have been billed in error there, and if so what you think has been mistakenly charged so we can take a look at this with you.
