I'm writing here, as it is impossible for me to contact support for some reason...
I need help with a bill that i recently received. I haven't used Shopify for about a year, and I just received a bill for 40 dollars. The weird part is, that every store that I have owned previously, are closed. Just checked the bill history too, and I didn't see the 40 dollar bill anywhere. Can you please help me refund these 40 dollars? Thank you 🙂

As much as I want to suggest any other way, the only option for you to request for a refund and trace what caused this bill is to directly reach out to Shopify support team. They have all the complete necessary tools in order to check your accounts you had with them and further assist you. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
