Billing Plan ends with new store?

Billing Plan ends with new store?

When I started my first store, I paid for a full year of Shopify Basic. THEN, I closed the store. 
Do I have to pay again for Shopify with another store? 
It says I have to pick a billing plan. Even if I Paid for a full year

Thanks for posting in the Shopify Community. Your Shopify subscription only applies to the store that you purchased it on. However, since you closed the store soon after you purchased the plan, I recommend contacting our live support team so we can review your options. To get in touch, follow these steps:

 

  1. Head over to the Help Center.
  2. Enter the details of your question into the chat assistant.
  3. Wait for the chat assistant's response and click I still need help.
  4. Follow the prompts to be connected with a Support Advisor.
