**bleep** Store went offline after I ordered products

I ordered a product for shopmuranna with Order #1916 but the product was not yet delivered and then I requested for return and asked refund my money but when today I tried to see the status of my return request I see that store in offline and gone. and there is no **bleep** customer support call service by shopify, what the hell business you doing in this world when you can not provide support to your customers
