Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi all!
I sell standard products that I have associated with Location A and a general shipping profile (price based on order price) and bulky products that I have located in Location B (at the same address as A) and for which I have defined a personalized rate (this rate is free and mentioned to call me for a personal delivery estimate)..
I made this distinction to exclude bulky products from relay point delivery.
Everything works correctly except when I make a "mixed" order which mixes standard and personalized products. For home delivery, I am looking for an error message telling my customer that because of the bulky product, she/he must make two separate orders). This message appears for a fraction of a second then the system applies a rule which is a sort of concatenation of the rules which would apply separately with the default wording "Shipping" and the sum of the delivery rates.
Do you see how to do it?
Thanks in advance !
Thanks for your answer. That's what I thought but I was wondering if someone already implemented it.
